How PlusHub handles your information

This Privacy Policy explains how Data Link Network Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information submitted through this website and the PlusHub platform, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or demo request, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company, email address, phone number, number of locations, workforce size, and any message you include. We do not collect this information through cookies or tracking on this marketing site beyond what's needed to operate the page.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule demonstrations, and provide information about PlusHub. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Platform data

For organisations using the PlusHub platform itself, staff data (timesheets, rosters, leave records) is collected and processed on behalf of the contracting business to fulfil workforce management functions, and is retained in line with applicable New Zealand employment record-keeping requirements.

Photo capture at kiosk devices

When a staff member clocks in, clocks out, or takes a break using a PlusHub Kiosk device, a photo is captured at the time of the action to verify attendance. This is a required step in the process and cannot be skipped. Photos are stored securely against the relevant timesheet entry and are visible only to that staff member's Manager, HQ, and Admin users within their organisation. Photos are not shared with third parties and are retained according to the contracting business's plan (typically 30 days to 6 months), after which they are automatically deleted. Camera access on the kiosk device is used solely for this purpose and is not used for any other form of tracking or surveillance.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.

Requesting data deletion (PlusHub Kiosk app)

If you are a staff member using the PlusHub Kiosk app, or a manager/administrator of an organisation using PlusHub, you can request deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@plushub.co.nz with your name, employer/organisation name, and the data you'd like deleted. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 10 business days.

Kiosk clock-in photos are automatically deleted after the retention period set by your organisation's plan (typically 30 days to 6 months) and can be deleted earlier on request, unless your employer needs to retain them for an active investigation or dispute. Core employment records (timesheets, rosters, leave records) are generally retained by the contracting business for the period required under New Zealand employment law, even if a deletion request is made for related data such as photos; requests concerning these records should be directed to your employer in the first instance, as PlusHub processes this data on their behalf.

Using this website and the PlusHub platform

This website is provided for informational purposes to describe PlusHub and to allow prospective customers to make enquiries. Content on this site, including text, design and graphics, is the property of Data Link Network Limited unless otherwise noted.

Enquiries and demos

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a binding agreement. Any commercial arrangement for use of the PlusHub platform will be governed by a separate signed agreement between Data Link Network Limited and the customer organisation.

Platform access

Access to the PlusHub platform is provisioned by an organisation's administrator. Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials and kiosk PIN confidential.

Limitation of liability

While we take reasonable care to keep this website and the platform accurate and available, Data Link Network Limited makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by New Zealand law.
